Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy (Based on the Ministry of Commerce and Industry – State of Kuwait)

In accordance with the regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait and pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to return or exchange a product within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of purchase stated on the original invoice, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

In all cases, the product must be returned in its original condition.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry affirms that it will take legal action against any violations of these regulations in order to protect consumer rights.
